Strategy Associate & Manager – Top Global Consulting Firm – Prague, Czech Republic

One of the largest global consulting firms is growing it’s strategy team in Central Europe and currently hiring at the Associate & Manager levels for their Prague office.

This is a unique opportunity to join an agile and dynamic start-up team with the backing, network, and resources of a large global parent company.

The team is currently working with some of the largest Financial Services and Private Equity clients, as well as projects in Energy, Telco, Automotive, and Healthcare.

Projects range from strategy, commercial due diligence, large-scale transformation, post-merger integration, and operating model design. One of the unique things about this company is they can offer their clients a truly ‘ end-to-end solution’, which goes beyond just strategy.

Key requirements:

• Strategy consulting experience from a top management consulting firm OR suitable industry experience in a strategy role, including exposure to market/product/competitor analysis and commercial due diligence.
• Strong education, minimum Masters’s level from a leading institution.
• Ability to lead projects and teams and manage senior-level clients.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Able and motivated to travel frequently across the region.
• Fluent English. Czech language is desirable, but not a must requirement.
• Currently living in or able to relocate to Prague.
