This role covers a very broad range of Sales Force Effectiveness topics. The role also has significant responsibility, accountability and influence due to the operationally lean structure of the organization in Germany. The role has high exposure to Sales Management and Business Unit Leads, as well as very close collaboration with Business Analysts.
As the Senior Manager Sales Force Effectiveness you will play a significant part in designing new ways of working and will make a real impact on how the existing processes and platforms could be improved and standardised.
Our client is looking for a high-level individual contributor who will manage projects of significant complexity, requiring cross-functional collaboration to join the German affiliate. The role will be based in Munich.
