Fast-growing mid-size Pharmaceutical company
We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing mid-size specialty Pharmaceutical company that has expanded into the global market. Our client has been present in Europe for almost 20 years and is continuing to strengthen its position across the region.
They are currently building up the commercial organisation and looking to hire a Manager for Sales Force Effectiveness & Analytics EMEA, based in the UK St Albans office.
This role will have responsibility for driving Segmentation and targeting at EMEA level, CRM, Field-Force Strategy, Incentive Compensation and Closed loop marketing optimisation. In addition, you will be supporting the Director for Commercial Operations in establishing the launch excellence function across EMEA.
This person will be working across multiple business lines including prescription, OTC and the surgical business. The company is very active in business development and they are continually looking to get into new markets, for example, ‘rare diseases’.
This is a highly visible role with particular interest and backing by the Head of Europe, who also comes from a Sales & Marketing background.
The Ideal Candidate: An SFE expert with experience in Life Sciences, with strong problem solving skills, a strategic thinker, with excellent communication skills (from GM level to local country SFE analyst level). Someone that understands different internal customers is capable of change management activities and is proactive and able to drive this agenda. Previous experience in Management Consulting is advantageous, but not essential.
The commercial organisation is in a positive transformational phase, where they are currently assembling a new team and professionalising the Commercial function across EMEA. This presents an opportunity for this person to really make a significant impact.
The position offers a base salary of up to £70,000-£75,000 GBP + 15% bonus and excellent benefits.
