We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing speciality pharmaceutical company that has expanded into the global market. Our client has been present in Europe for almost 20 years and is continuing to strengthen its position across the region.
In order to support this growth, our client has identified the need to hire a Head of Sales Force Effectiveness EMEA (Official tittle: Director Commercial Operations EMEA). The successful candidate will lead a team of 3 individuals and be a key member of the EMEA organisation, working in close alignment with Country Leaders and Functions Heads to define commercial excellence strategy & ensure coordination in pan-European efforts.
In addition to managing the team and overseeing wider commercial excellence initiatives, the Director Commercial Operations will be responsible for the development, roll out and enhancement of a launch excellence capabilities across EMEA. They will collaborate cross-functionally with business and functional leaders to drive the creation, adoption and continuous improvement of a launch platform aimed at optimising launch brand plans.
